Rules
- Visitors and participants must be at least 18 years old to be admitted to BoFeWo. In case of doubt, entry may be refused without proof of age.
- By entering the event, the visitor agrees that the organizer, its employees, its temporary workers, sponsors of the event or all events associated with the event are not responsible or liable for any claims, actions, damages, including costs or other expenses and personal injury, wrongful death or financial loss for any participation during the event.
- It is mandatory to follow the following event dress and behavior code:
- No complete nudity except for performances on one of the stages as part of the show program
- No exposed genitals
- Breasts and nipples can be exposed inside the event hall
- Visitors who wish to visit the fair in a corresponding fetish outfit are asked to wear street clothes outside the exhibition hall. Changing facilities are available. No liability for clothing/valuables.
- Attempted or completed sexual intercourse is prohibited and will result in immediate exclusion from the event.
- Recordings are generally permitted during the event with the following restrictions:
- Recordings for private purposes of shows and performances on stage are permitted without restrictions
- Recordings of actions and performances at the exhibitor stands are permitted after consultation with the respective exhibitor. They can prohibit photography at their stand at their own discretion.
- No initiation of TFP shoots or shoots. In particular not in open spaces, elevators, stairs, outdoor areas, etc.
- Video cameras/mobile phones/smartphones are not permitted, except for point 4. The organizer reserves the right to remove anyone who uses a video camera and/or revoke further authorization for the trade fair. There will be 2-3 cameramen at the event, these are employed and authorized by the organizer.
- Models have the right to prohibit any person from photographing them. Anyone who wants to photograph a model must ask the model or an authorized person for permission in advance. The only exception to this rule: when permission to photograph certain models is clearly signposted in a designated area. Please always respect the privacy of the models. Participating in the fair does not automatically mean that all models want to be photographed.
Models have the right to decide whether or not they want to participate in bondage or bondage-like performances or photo shoots at the fair. Models are responsible for their own well-being and safety. Models are encouraged to report any problems with photographers, producers and/or fans to the event organizer or a representative of the event organizer.
Neither the event organizer, its employees, its members, nor the sponsors of the fair or any events associated with the fair are responsible or liable for any claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses arising from transactions or actions taking place in private hotel rooms or at private parties.
Models are strongly advised to check the references of the person being photographed and to have someone they know and trust present during the photo shoot. In addition, they should clear up any doubts before agreeing to a private photo shoot. - Any person who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry.
- The tickets purchased will be invalidated upon entry to the event. When leaving the hall, the ticket loses its validity; a stamp will be printed on the ticket by the doorman or security staff for re-entry. The tear-off or entrance ticket must be kept during the visit to the event and presented to the security staff upon request.
- The organizer reserves the right to remove persons who give the impression of being disruptive or persons who pose a threat to the well-being of other participants and/or to refuse permission to attend the trade fair and/or to participate in one or all of the associated events.
- The organizer reserves the right to remove and/or refuse permission to attend the trade fair and/or any person who appears to be disruptive or who poses a threat to the well-being of other participants.
- We expressly point out that all image and sound material recorded in the exhibition halls may only be published with the written consent of the organizer. Publishing unlicensed images on the Internet already constitutes publication.
Violations will be subject to a contractual penalty of €5,000 and reported. The only exceptions to this are private photo shoots with models. In this case, written consent from the model is sufficient for publication. The organizer reserves the right to prohibit publication if other, possibly uninvolved persons can be recognized in the material. - All persons who take part in a workshop or demonstration during the trade fair must have clearance from the organizer, which is intended to expressly ensure (among other things) that participants in all workshops and demonstrations release the organizer, its members, agents, employees, representatives, associations and owners from liability for any and all damages and claims arising from participation in the workshops and demonstrations, including claims for damages, costs, expenses relating to personal injury, financial loss or wrongful death. No one is authorized to start a demonstration or take part in a workshop without first having the necessary clearance. Any participation in any spontaneous performances or other gaming activities is at your own risk and to the exclusion of any liability on the part of the organizer and its participants.
- The organizer reserves the right to change, expand or modify one or all of these general rules at its own discretion.
- In addition, the general requirements of the Hofheim Public Order Office apply.
