Set-up times (2025): IMPORTANT: Access to the car park only with a parking permit

Thu (April 4th - 10am to 9pm)
Fri (April 5th - 8am to 2pm)
!!! Please do not park on the fire department's premises!!!

Dismantling times:

Sun (April 6th - 6 p.m. to midnight)

Exhibitor passes:

You can pick them up from the exhibition office during the set-up times

Wi-Fi:

We provide our own free Wi-Fi, otherwise you can use the Telekom hotspot

Exhibitor parking spaces:

Parking spaces for our exhibitors are located around 200m from the hall. You can also park trucks and vans there. Here is a picture of the site plan

Hotels:

We have again chosen the H+ Hotel (formerly Ramada) as our trade fair hotel. It is only 2.7 km from the hall or Hotel Pause (200 m walk)

Other:

Animals are not allowed, barrier-free, 2 freight elevators + stairs to the upper floor
